Paul C Dwyer is a renowned authority in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance with over 30 years of exceptional experience.

He has collaborated extensively with military, law enforcement, and commercial sectors, earning global recognition. Founder and CEO of Cyber Risk International, Paul leads a team of experts who have developed the acclaimed SaaS-based Cyber Risk Assessment and management tool, "CyberPrism."

Paul is also the visionary behind the ICTTF International Cyber Threat Task Force, driving diversity in the industry and uniting a thriving community of over 30,000 professionals.

With his renowned consultancy, "Team Cyber," Paul offers sought-after board-level strategic guidance and services to organisations worldwide. He is also an accomplished author of multiple books and training courses.

Paul's career began in technical networking and expanded into diverse disciplines. He holds specialised qualifications in ethical hacking, forensics, risk mgt, business continuity, international governance, financial regulations, cyber laws, and project mgt.
As an industry professional, Paul holds certifications from the International Information Security Certification Consortium (ISC2) and the Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He has received approvals from esteemed institutions such as the National Crime Faculty and the HTCN High Tech Crime Network. Throughout his distinguished career, Paul has held esteemed positions including Chairman of the UK NCA National Crime Agency Industry Group, Advisor to NaCTSO (National Counter Terrorism Security Office), Advisor to NATO on Countering Hybrid Cyber Threats, Advisor to UK Defence Committee DEFCOM in Parliament, Deputy Chair – Organised Crime Task Force Industry Group – NI, and Interim Global CISO for numerous multinational organisations.

As a Fellow of the Irish Computer Society and a member of prestigious industry groups such as the IoD (Institute of Directors), IIEA (Institute of International and European Affairs), and the IRM (Institute of Risk Management), Paul is dedicated to fostering excellence within the cybersecurity industry. He has furthered his expertise by obtaining a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Corporate Governance Institute and completing the Higher Education specialist certification from Harvard.

Paul's expertise has garnered widespread acclaim in the industry, making him a sought-after international speaker and host of the renowned "Cyber Task Force" podcast. Paul is a prolific contributor to the media and a recognised thought leader.
